This is Door Supervisor role is based in Birmingham. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include monitoring entry and exit points, managing crowd control, conducting security checks, and handling any potential conflicts professionally to maintain a safe environment. You will play a critical role in providing a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all individuals on-site.

• Proven skills in security procedures, surveillance, and monitoring access points
• Conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and excellent interpersonal communication
• Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency response measures, and hazard prevention
• Relevant certifications such as a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Door Supervisor license
• Physical fitness and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
