From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.
Your future roleAs Strategic Security Risk Manager, you'll be responsible for safeguarding Alstom’s people, assets, infrastructure, and sensitive information across the UK and Ireland. We’lllook to you for:

- Oversee the operational and tactical execution of corporate and regulatory security initiatives, adapting to changing business needs.

- Own and maintain the insider and external threat management framework, leading complex investigations and collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Maintain and regularly update the UK&I security risk register, escalating strategic risks and vulnerabilities as needed.
- Develop, own, and continuously improve business continuity and crisis management procedures, ensuring Alstom is resilient and prepared for any scenario.
- Provide strategic security and risk input into new business tenders, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and opportunities seized.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Security and the wider UK senior leadership team, influencing decision‑making at the highest level.
- Implement and oversee security measures to safeguard travellers entering and exiting the UK.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with the UK security network, including service providers and security professionals from other organisations.

- Step into new challenges and projects as required, supporting Alstom’s growth and transformation.
