We have a new and exciting opportunity for a senior ecologist to join an innovative environmental specialist company with a wide range of commercial and land development clients. This role offers a breakaway from the typical environmental consultancy position into the lucrative commercial side of ecology, and is ideal for someone who wants to develop client‑facing and business‑developing skills.

This company has tripled in size over the last two years and continues to expand, so we need a senior ecologist with a strong technical background and experience working directly with clients.

The ideal candidate is a senior ecologist who is looking for commercial work, understands and can advise on Biodiversity Net Gain strategies to a wide range of clients, has strong report‑writing skills, and holds a protected species licence. You could be located anywhere in the Midlands (East or West) with the majority of your work covering Birmingham and surrounding areas.
