Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Intern to support our property sales team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy client interaction, negotiations, and learning how to close property deals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist sales executives with daily client interactions
- Schedule and attend property viewings with clients
- Learn how to prepare sales proposals and property brochures
- Support negotiations between buyers, sellers, and agents
- Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and customers
- Help in identifying new leads through market research
- Assist with follow-up calls and email communications
- Learn the complete sales lifecycle from inquiry to closing
- Support in preparing legal paperwork and sales contracts
- Accompany senior staff during client presentations
- Assist in conducting open house events
- Track sales progress and prepare weekly sales reports
- Learn sales techniques and customer relationship strategies
- Support online listings and ensure data accuracy
- Provide administrative support for the sales department
