We're looking for driven, confident Brand Ambassadors to represent two of the UK's leading vaping brands - ELFBAR & Lost Mary.

: £26,208 per annum + company car + monthly bonus opportunities and incentives (Top performers earn £1,000+ per month in bonuses on average!)

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The Role
:
We're searching for a motivated Brand Ambassador to become the face of ELFBAR and Lost Mary within your territory. You'll build strong partnerships with independent retailers, increase in-store visibility, and drive engagement through our rewards programme. This is more than just a role - it's an opportunity to take real ownership of your area and grow in a fast‑paced position where every day brings something new.

What

You'll Be Doing
  • Visiting independent retailers across your territory to promote ELFBAR and Lost Mary
  • Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers, using your influencing skills to improve product visibility through point‑of‑sale materials such as posters
  • Driving retailer engagement with our rewards programme
  • Expanding brand presence by identifying and engaging new stores to increase visibility and awareness across your region
  • Taking full ownership of your territory, applying an entrepreneurial mindset to maximise engagement and performance

What We're Looking For
  • Previous field sales experience is beneficial, but not essential - we're looking for ambition, drive, and a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of the vaping industry, or a strong interest in building a career within it
  • Genuine passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self‑motivated, independent worker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • A full manual driving licence held for at least 12 months
