As an ICs Regional Product Trainer, you will support the goals of the Sales Directors by designing, delivering, and enhancing product training programmes that equip our new business sales teams with the essential knowledge and skills to promote and sell our products.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging product training sessions for sales teams, both virtually and in‑person.
- Create and maintain up‑to‑date training materials, including presentations, guides, and e‑learning modules.
- Act as the subject matter expert for product knowledge, translating technical details into sales‑friendly language.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with business priorities.
- Gather feedback from delegates and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness and relevance.
- Support sales teams with ongoing coaching and resources to reinforce product knowledge in customer interactions.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes to inform future training strategies.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and use e‑learning platforms.
- Collaborative approach and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development or equivalent (desirable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in product training, sales enablement, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programmes for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools (desirable).
