About the RoleYou will expand our client base, build strong relationships and drive business growth across South East, West & Midlands. No prior experience in the sector is required; training and support are provided.
Key Responsibilities- Capitalise on existing leads and contacts to create business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities and clients within the house‑building industry.
- Use industry publications and lead‑generation tools to target potential clients.
- Contact prospective clients via calls, emails and Linked In to arrange meetings.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong, long‑term relationships.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations and supporting documents to clients.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate to secure new business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top‑quality service delivery.
- Present monthly updates to company directors on progress and opportunities.
- Attend networking events, trade conferences and industry meetings to expand connections.
- Highly motivated and ambitious, eager to take on challenges and grow with the company.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
