This is a unique opportunity, as you'll be our founding SDR. Not only does this mean a huge market to go after, but also insane opportunities to progress and become a business leader. You ll receive heaps of training - no experience is required!
The SDR RoleYou'll be the engine of our growth, learn from industry veterans and open up meaningful conversations with senior decision makers at some of the world s biggest companies. There are huge opportunities to progress and you ll be making a genuine impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across enterprise accounts, including CPOs and other senior L&D/HR/DEI leaders.
- Use a mix of cold calls, emails, and Linked In to create meaningful connections and generate interest.
- Attend industry and community events to promote NNT’s brand, build authentic connections, and convert relationships into client opportunities.
- Secure meetings for our sales team and contribute directly to revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and understand what’s driving transformation in the neurodiversity/DEI space.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and optimise outreach strategies.
