Key Responsibilities as a Senior Business Development Representative:
Lead Generation & Prospecting Proactively prospect Marketing-driven campaigns into a defined group of SME/Enterprise customers. Convert MQLs into SQLs through multi-touchpoint engagement including calls, emails, and social outreach. Uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, capturing detailed business intelligence and customer sentiment. Follow agreed Rules of Engagement, ensuring account manager alignment and use of approved communication channels. Customer Intelligence & CRM Excellence
