This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Door‑to‑Door Salesperson headquartered in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. The Salesperson will engage with potential customers face‑to‑face, presenting products or services and driving customer acquisition. Daily tasks include identifying leads, building rapport with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing product knowledge. The role also involves collaborating with the team and undergoing training to enhance sales techniques and communication skills.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with potential customers
• Experience in Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (Desired)
• Skills in Sales Management, including handling accounts or training junior sales representatives (Desired)
• Prior experience or interest in the Energy Industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Motivated, self‑driven, and target‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in an on‑site, dynamic environment.
