Are you an experienced National Account Manager who excels at delivering exceptional service and growing value within established customer relationships? Do you enjoy working closely with national fleet customers to understand their needs and develop long‑term, mutually beneficial partnerships?

For more than 95 years, bott has been a market leader in commercial vehicle conversions across Europe. We are now seeking a National Account Manager to focus on the development and servicing of our existing National Account and Super Fleet customers, ensuring a consistently high‑quality customer experience while driving sustainable growth.

This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded professional who enjoys account development, relationship management and delivering results through strong customer partnerships.

As National Account Manager, you will be central to how our customers experience bott. You’ll work closely with them to understand their business, support their objectives and identify opportunities to develop and enhance the partnership.

What You’ll Achieve
  • Deliver Excellent Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing National Account customers, ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness.
  • Develop Customer Relationships: Build strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and priorities.
  • Grow and Develop Accounts: Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts through value‑added solutions, increased engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Account Planning & Reviews: Create and maintain structured account plans, leading regular reviews to support customer satisfaction and ongoing development.
  • Internal Coordination: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication and consistently positive customer outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in a National Account Manager or similar role, managing established customers within a corporate environment (automotive, LCV, fleet or related sectors desirable).
  • A proven track record of performance, demonstrating successful account development, customer retention and delivery against commercial objectives.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills, with a service led and solution focused mindset.
  • Commercial awareness, organisation and the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.

  • Base salary from £50,000 with OTE £70,000 plus
