The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Garage Doors will involve managing a team of sales surveyors, selling and surveying a manufactured range of garage door products, and delivering exceptional customer service in a large central region across East Anglia, East Midlands, West Midlands, South Wales and South West.

• Sell and survey manufactured range of garage door products for domestic situations.
• Work 20% of time from home, 80% on the road.
• Manage 10‑15 sales surveyors across the region.
• Coach sales surveyors, accompany on surveys, produce KPIs and review performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during garage door surveys, providing expert product knowledge, accurate measurements, tailored quotes, and closing sales.
• Collaborate closely with installation and closing sales teams.

• Experience in a field‑based role.
• Experience in people management.
• Sales experience with a made‑to‑measure product is preferred.
• Experience in roller door, windows, doors, blinds, KBB or related backgrounds is considered.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Autonomous and strong people skills.

• Remuneration: £43,000 - £45,000 (OTE £70,000).
