An exciting opportunity has become available to join Ideal Health’s team as a Business Development Manager.

Role
  • Aligned to the company sales strategy, create and implement a regional sales plan to grow revenues and increase the customer footprint within the region.
  • Research prospective Accounts to identify opportunities to sell Ideal Health’s services
  • Contact key stakeholders in healthcare organisations to set up meetings to discuss their requirements and propose relevant professional services solutions
  • Build strong client and partner relationships with key stakeholders across your region
  • Lead the development of proposals and bids for your accounts
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to opportunity closure
  • Track and manage an opportunities pipeline for your region using the company CRM
  • Develop and grow your accounts through ongoing account management
  • Work with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Network within the industry through attending regional and national networking events
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in selling digital transformation solutions, ideally within healthcare
  • Experience in selling professional services, such as consulting, projects and resources
  • A proactive sales approach to contacting potential clients, developing relationships and winning new business

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of building long term client relationships
  • The drive, energy, and commitment to succeed and develop your career
