Position: Sales Director (Independent Agencies)

Role

Sell into independent media agencies across the UK and EMEA. Work directly with the CRO to drive commercial strategy. Deal sizes up to $1M. Great base salary + 100% commission + equity. Flexible hybrid working environment.

Skills & Experience Required

5+ years closing experience in retail media, ad tech or SaaS
Proven success selling to independent agencies
Proactive, consultative and team‑orientated
