Account Executive (120k OTE) – London – Fast‑Growing Tech Company

At Wilgot we are building a new category of tools—Agentic Product Optimization (APO)—to help D2C brands adapt to the shift from traditional keyword‑search to intent‑driven, conversational AI discovery. We transform static product catalogs into living, adaptive agents, ensuring brands are the most relevant and trustworthy answers when AI systems surface product information.

The Role

We are hiring our first Founding Account Executive to turn the founders’ successful motion into a repeatable, scalable commercial engine. This builder role has a clear executive trajectory.

Responsibilities
  • Validate and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the UK market and identify high‑leverage opportunities within the D2C landscape.
  • Own the full sales cycle for the UK market, leading consultative discovery and positioning Wilgot as an expert partner.
  • Prioritize quality over quantity—select the right customers to deliver high customer success and strong reference cases.
  • Document and scale the sales playbook, turning founder intuition into a reproducible process and building trust at scale.
  • Understand prospects’ broader business goals to position Wilgot as a strategic necessity.
Qualifications
  • Data‑driven and metric‑focused—proficiency with funnel health, CAC/LTV ratios, and levers for predictable revenue.
  • Intellectual curiosity and business acumen—fast mastery of technical landscape and ability to solve commercial problems.
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consultative closing style.
  • Process‑obsessed—system architect mindset, optimizing conversion rates and messaging resonance.
  • High‑trust operator who can translate founder vision into scalable operation.
