Sales Specialist – TME Group
TME group is a leading distributor of electronic components supporting customers globally. We are one of the fastest growing distributors in Europe serving a broad selection of in‑stock electronic, electromechanical, industrial automation components as well as workplace equipment. With more than 30 years of experience, we are constantly developing and entering new markets. Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries – 9 in Europe and 3 outside Europe (USA, China and a new office in India).
We employ over 1,500 people and send our shipments to more than 150 countries worldwide.
- Conduct sales activity of TME products (electronics market) on the English market.
- Process customer transactions such as orders, quotes and claims.
- Provide the highest level of customer service (including phone calls).
- Maintain and build long‑term relationships with customers.
- Fill requests for samples, catalogues or product information.
- Analyse the market’s needs and requirements.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Generate new and repeatable business through customer service initiatives.
- Perform administration and other office work.
- MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related).
- Proficiency in using computer and office software.
- Customer orientation.
- Strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Responsibility and self‑discipline.
- Experience in administration/secretary tasks.

With more than 35 years of experience, we are constantly developing and entering new markets. Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries – 9 in Europe and 3 overseas.
We employ over 1,500 people and ship over 5,000 parcels every day to more than 150 countries from our logistics centres in Poland.
- Generating leads from system data, events and autonomous research.
- Analyzing and qualifying leads.
- Active outreach on all channels.
- Travel to meet customers: present the company and products, identify customer needs and potential, find opportunities to start or increase cooperation.
- Establish, maintain and improve customer relations.
- Report and maintain acquired information in CRM.
- Close cooperation with the sales department.
- Represent the company during fairs and events.
- Conduct market research and report to the sales management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales development or account management.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in independent sourcing of leads.
- Basic technical knowledge and understanding.
- Good experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Good experience presenting products in personal and digital meetings.
- Completed professional training or academic studies.
- German native speaker or C2, English B2 or better.
- Driving licence
