Are you a Business Development Manager with experience in the refrigeration or air conditioning industry, looking for an exciting national role where you can drive growth and build long-term client partnerships?
On offer is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a growing business, responsible for generating new opportunities across the UK while maintaining and developing relationships with an established, high-end customer base. You will work closely with the service department to promote service, maintenance, and associated works, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.

The Role:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities nationwide
Manage and grow relationships with existing high-value clients
Promote service, maintenance, and associated works in collaboration with the service department
Attend client meetings and site visits across the UK
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
The Person :
Experience in Business Development / Sales (refrigeration or air conditioning preferred)
Proven ability to generate new business and manage key accounts
Full UK driving licence
