As a Sales Advisor
, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to prospective buyers and investors. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process—guiding clients from initial enquiry through to reservation and handover. You will represent Wavensmere Homes with professionalism, market knowledge, and commercial confidence, helping to exceed sales targets and reinforce the company’s reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support in line with Wavensmere Homes’ values.
  • Qualify and manage incoming enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Conduct engaging and informative off plan presentations and guided viewings of show apartments, brochures, site plans, and development benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of buyers including first-time buyers, second time buyers, and property investors.
  • Proactively manage investor enquiries and articulate the benefits of off-plan investment opportunities, including projected rental yields and capital growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in spreadsheet systems and provide regular pipeline reporting.
  • Support marketing activities and events to maximise lead generation and conversion.
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, construction, customer care, legal) and external partners (agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors) to ensure a smooth sales journey.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets across current developments.
Qualifications

Skills and Experience (Preferred)

  • Proven experience in new homes sales or property sales, ideally within off-plan markets.
  • Experience working with investor clients and understanding investment drivers such as yield, rental demand, and capital growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in managing multiple enquiries and progressing sales efficiently.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • A professional, enthusiastic, and customer-centric approach.
