Location: Birmingham (hybrid after the first few weeks)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We're recruiting an Outbound Telesales Agent to join a busy, energetic sales office in Birmingham
. Our client is a specialist telecoms provider
, experiencing continued growth and looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.

• Making outbound calls to potential business customers
• Speaking confidently about telecoms solutions (full training provided)
• Building rapport and engaging decision-makers over the phone
• Working towards achievable targets in a fast-paced sales environment
• Updating customer records and call outcomes accurately

• Confidence and a willingness to pick up the phone (this is key)
• A positive, resilient attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy office and target-driven environment
• Previous telesales or call centre experience is beneficial but not essential
• Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar are welcome

• Temporary to permanent role with long-term career opportunities
