Devotion Promotions is a growing sales and marketing company that specialises in face-to-face customer engagement. We partner with charities to raise awareness and funds through direct promotions. Our current campaign supports a well-known children’s charity, and we’re looking for confident, driven individuals to join our team.

As a Sales Representative, you will represent our clients by engaging with the public in high-footfall areas such as shopping centres, town centres, and street sites. Your role is to:

• Approach and engage with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote the charity’s cause and inspire support.
• Secure sign-ups and donations through face-to-face conversations.
• Represent Devotion Promotions and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

This is a field-based role — while our office is located in the City Centre, you’ll be working out on-site across Birmingham and surrounding areas.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging with the public.
• Self-motivated, positive, and resilient attitude.
• Previous sales, customer service, or fundraising experience is an advantage but not essential — full training provided.
