Used Car Sales Executive

Join the LSH Auto team as a Used Car Sales Executive at our Birmingham dealership! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is driven by customer satisfaction and sales success. In this role, you will help customers find the ideal used vehicle to fit their lifestyle while providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, showcasing our inventory, and negotiating sales to meet individual and team targets.

40 hours per week

£27,010 with uncapped commission potential

Company car provided.

• A background in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement.
• A valid UK driving licence.

• Be knowledgeable about cars and the automotive industry.
• Demonstrate resilience and passion in a competitive sales environment.
• Be willing to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
• Exhibit strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
