Position: Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator / High OTE
We’re recruiting Patient Coordinators on behalf of the UK’s #1 Rated Plastic Surgery Group on Trustpilot.

This is a sales-led, commission-driven role built for ambitious individuals who want to significantly out-earn a standard salary. With strong inbound lead flow and a proven commission structure, top performers can realistically earn £70,000+ per annum.

You’ll report directly to the Sales Director and play a key role in converting patient enquiries into consultations and booked procedures across high-value surgical treatments.

What you’ll be doing

· Handling high-quality inbound patient enquiries for elective surgery

· Converting leads into consultations and confirmed procedures

· Guiding patients confidently through treatment options and next steps

· Following up consistently to maximise conversion rates

· Managing your own pipeline through the CRM with accuracy and discipline

· Working closely with the Sales Director to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets

· Taking full ownership of your performance and earnings

Pay & earning potential

· £27,500 basic salary

· Uncapped commission

· Strong inbound lead flow (no cold calling)

· Realistic OTE £70,000+ for high performers

· Proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare, private clinics, aesthetics, or other high-ticket services

· Confident communicator who builds trust quickly

· Target-driven, resilient, and commercially sharp

· Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment

· Motivated by earnings, performance, and progression
