Salary: £25k OTE, up to £60k with commission

Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated Membership Sales Executive to join our team in Birmingham. This role is perfect for a driven sales professional with experience in business development and membership sales. You will focus on growing our membership base, building strong relationships with new and existing members, and promoting the value of UK Ports’ services and membership benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage potential members through telephone, email, and in-person interactions
* Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close membership agreements
* Attend conferences and networking events to generate new business opportunities
* Nurture leads and maintain strong relationships with existing members
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide an exceptional member experience
* Contribute to achieving team and organizational growth targets
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in Sales, Membership Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
* Knowledge of the Marine, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, or Logistics sectors is highly desirable
* Experience with CRM tools and lead management
* Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively and support team goals
* Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
* Enthusiastic about on-site work and building strong local and industry networks
