Fleet Sales Manager
Location: Midlands – office based in Leeds or Tamworth, 2 days a week.

As we celebrate our 25‑year milestone, our business is evolving faster than ever. To drive the next chapter of our growth, we are seeking a visionary Fleet Sales Manager to join our fast‑paced, dynamic sales team.
Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for forging relationships with leading fleet operators within your specified area. You will have a working knowledge of the fleet industry, HGV vehicles, and prior experience in the safety equipment or fleet technology sector.
You will be responsible for- Sourcing new opportunities
- Setting up, attending, and documenting customer meetings with a consultative approach
- Producing and managing customer quotes and orders
- Working with the project team to manage customer build programmes
- Controlling and managing your CRM database
- Performing in line with set targets and objectives
- Attending monthly internal sales meetings
- Attending trade shows and other industry events
- Administrative tasks
This role is well suited to a driven, performance‑motivated individual with a consultative and engaging sales approach. You should already have a proven track record in the industry and be looking to join a progressive business that offers good prospects.
The Fleet Sales Manager role involves travel across the country, as well as regular presence in one of our office operations.
