About the Role
A superb opportunity for a travel industry professional to join our busy, friendly team in Birmingham. We specialise in premium and luxury worldwide holidays, ski, cruise, activity, touring and family holidays, and are a leading agent for many iconic brands with 5‑star Trust Pilot ratings.
This part‑time/flexible role is ideal for a relationship and rapport builder with extensive experience selling holidays and travel. Excellent holiday concessions are usually available after a qualifying period, alongside regular educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their travel needs are met.
- Sell premium travel packages across a wide range of products, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide expert advice and personalised recommendations to a portfolio of high‑value clients.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service and follow up on customer feedback.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up to date with industry trends.
- Proven sales experience in the travel or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus commission on sales. Excellent holiday concessions available after a qualifying period, as well as regular educational opportunities.
