Brand Ambassador - Fragrance

. The position is based at Selridge, Birmingham (Bullring Shopping Centre) and requires full‑time hours of 37.5 hours over 5 days a week.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs.
• Act as a brand ambassador, protecting the equity of COTY brands and adhering to uniform and grooming guidelines.
• Build strong working relationships with the COTY in‑store team and develop relationships with retailer staff and management.
• Use an iPad for email, reporting and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Build relationships with customers to influence sales, upsell, and increase customer satisfaction.

• Experience and knowledge in the fragrance industry, with collection experience as a bonus.
• Deep passion for fragrances and luxury brands.
• Strong sales background; consistently meeting KPI targets.
• Ability to build strong relationships with retail teams and retail management.
• Sales driven, ambitious, passionate and proud to represent COTY brands.
