Sales Trainee – Full-Time, On-Site (Birmingham)

Our approach is simple : train properly, support consistently, and reward performance fairly. That’s why our Birmingham team is expanding.

Before anything else, here’s why this isn’t your standard sales role :

• Guaranteed base salary + performance bonuses

  This is not commission-only. You’ll always have a base salary, with bonuses earned on top through results.

• Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm

  No evenings. No weekends. We believe structure drives performance — and balance matters.

• Fully paid training from day one

  No experience required. We provide hands‑on training covering sales techniques, communication, confidence, and mindset.

• Ongoing 1‑to‑1 coaching

  You’ll work directly with experienced sales leaders and high performers who support your development every step of the way.

• Clear progression into leadership

  As the business grows, so do the opportunities. Team Leaders, Campaign Managers, and future Sales Managers all start in this role.

• Merit-based progression

  Your results matter more than time served. If you perform, you progress.

• Campaigns for recognised national brands

  Including BT / EE, British Gas, Oxfam, and Milk & More — real brands with real visibility.

• Representing established brands in person
• Engaging directly with customers
• Building rapport and trust through conversation
• Learning how to influence decisions ethically and professionally
• Working within a driven, supportive sales environment
