New Business Account Executive – Tech-Enabled Services (Enterprise Sales) Remote
Location: Fully Remote (UK & Europe travel required)
Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 base + 50% OTE (Uncapped, Double Achievable)

The OpportunityThis is a highly consultative, enterprise-level new business role
, focused on selling large-scale transformation programmes that combine education, services, and technology. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers across multiple industries, crafting tailored solutions that drive real business impact.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise clients across the UK and Europe.
- Lead the full sales cycle — from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Sell complex, high-value service and technology programmes to senior stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives
, including CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and transformation leaders. - Craft business cases and ROI models that communicate long-term strategic value.
- Work closely with internal delivery, marketing, and product teams to align solutions to client needs.
4+ years of B2B consultative sales experience
, ideally in professional services, learning tech, or digital transformation
.Proven record of closing six-figure enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strong understanding of value-based selling and storytelling in complex environments
.Confident selling programmes and services
, not just software licenses.Able to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment without rigid playbooks.
Intelligent, articulate communicator with genuine passion for sales, business development, and creating impact for clients.
