Position: Sales Representative (F/M)

Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o. (TME Group) is a leading distributor of electronic components supporting customers globally. We are one of the fastest growing distributors in Europe serving a broad selection of instock electronic, electromechanical, industrial automation components as well as workplace equipment.

With more than 30 years of experience, we are constantly developing and entering new markets. Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries – 9 in Europe and 3 outside Europe (USA, China, and a new office in India). We employ over 1500 people and ship to over 150 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and improving long‑term customer relationships through regular customer visits – readiness to travel.
  • Visiting customers – mainly physically; follow‑up occurs at the office or via homework. Ratio customer visits / office 80/20.
  • Developing existing accounts and finding new opportunities.
  • Managing and expanding product and market knowledge.
  • Attending trade fairs and participating in events and conferences promoting the company.
  • Preparing offers and cooperating with sales specialists.
  • Providing excellent follow‑up after making price quotes for prospects and customers.
  • Providing great customer service (placing orders, checking availability, delivery time, handling complaints, etc.).
  • Contributing to the company's commercial and marketing strategy.
  • Searching for information about the local market, fairs and business opportunities for TME.
  • Identifying customer needs and translating them into the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Providing reports on daily activities.
  • Collaborating with sales inside and account managers.
  • Generating leads from system data, events and autonomous research.
  • Analysis and qualification of leads.
  • Active outreach on all channels.
  • Travel to meet customers, present the company and products, identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Establish, maintain and improve customer relations.
  • Report and maintain information in CRM.
  • Close cooperation with the sales department.
  • Representing the company during fairs and events.
  • Market research and reporting to sales management.
  • Sell TME company's products.
  • New customer acquisition and customer retention.
  • Process, update or change customer purchase orders.
  • Handle, organize and process customer quote requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries within a call center environment.
  • Prepare individual offers for clients.
  • Evaluate customers' needs and build / maintain productive long‑lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve all customers' issues.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Issue sales documents in line with orders.
  • Report and provide feedback to the company's management.
  • Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory.
  • Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to stay abreast of the latest developments.

What do we expect?

  • Experience in sales, 2 years or more.
  • Driving licence.
  • Ready for mobile work – visiting customers 4 days a week.

  • Completed professional training or academic studies.
