We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst to drive sales effectiveness by optimizing key sales tools and data insights. You will support wider Revenue Operations initiatives, empower the sales team, analyze data, trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
What You Will Do- Build and maintain reporting suite within Gong to improve revenue growth and provide insight into sales and sales leadership performance.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
- Apply continuous improvement approach to process improvements and operational effectiveness.
- Support data integrity efforts and system alignment across functions.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue operations. Share knowledge and insights with the sales team and leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of reporting in Gong presenting insight to drive revenue growth.
- Curiosity – develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
