Our significant growth has led us to investing further across our Customer Account Management team to increase revenue.
With this comes requirements for a Customer Account Manager! You will be extensively trained and supported to become an ambassador of The Fuel Store, to identify account growth opportunities for our fuel and non-fuel products in order to generate revenue and increase sales overall.

Basic Salary : £28,000 - £32,000 – Negotiable on experience
OTE :
Additional £8,000 - £12,000
Location :
Birmingham, B2 (Hybrid)
- Foster long-term client relationships to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Effectively present products and services to clients.
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
- Share insights and best practices to support team development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and drive improvements.
- Ensure efficient workflow and maintain high levels of productivity.
To contribute to The Fuel Store’s success, you will need 2 years experience in :
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Driving client satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Managing workflow efficiently to maximise productivity.
- Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
- Making commercially driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs).
As well as having the right experience, a Fueller will have :
- Ability to build strong, long lasting relationships
- Strong commercial awareness to make logical decisions
- Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great aptitude for overcoming challenges by having a naturally inquisitive mind
- Ability to challenge the status quo; actively seeking to understand HOW something works, not just WHY

- Excellent communicator and act as an “ambassador” for all stakeholders
