Mitchell Maguire is a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy. We are looking for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to promote a high‑end range of LED and lighting products, covering key commercial projects across the region.

• Promote and sell a high‑end manufactured range of lighting products.
• Develop the East Anglia territory and secure new business with local authorities, healthcare trusts, M&E consultants and M&E contractors.
• Target commercial projects such as universities, hospitals and other large public sector developments.
• Build and maintain client relationships, overseeing the specification process from brief through to delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and grow the area’s turnover (currently circa £850k).

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in lighting specification sales, preferably within the construction / building services sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to close deals on complex projects.
• Contact network within the healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Extremely energetic, organised, and IT literate.

Herefordshire, Worcestershire, West Midlands, Warwickshire & Staffordshire.

£50,000 – £65,000 base salary + £10,000 uncapped commission.

Company car – Tesla Model 3 or equivalent, plus comprehensive benefits.
