We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen dealership in Birmingham
. Basic Salary: £20,000 with a realistic OTE of £45,000.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Engage every customer who visits the dealership, emails, or calls about purchasing a car.
  • Learn the details about each customer – the small differences that make a difference.
  • Support customers to buy new or used cars, helping us meet targets.
  • Work individually and as part of a team to keep existing and potential customers updated with videos and regular check‑ins.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Maxims sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Goal‑focused with excellent interpersonal skills; a self‑motivated team player and target achiever.
  • Minimum 12 months of successful, customer‑facing, target‑driven sales experience.
  • Valid UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
