Role type: B2B Sales
As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. You will work within a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment and collaborate closely with operations to support the sales process.
Responsibilities- Manage the entire sales funnel from generating opportunities to account management and customer success.
- Build appropriate product/service proposals to build long‑term relationships with customers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video‑mails, social selling, events) to attract potential leads.
- Collaborate with the operations department to support the sales process.
- Drive innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.
- 2‑3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech or related fields.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and negotiate with confidence.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and adaptable; capable of handling significant responsibility in a startup environment.
- Analytical with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and other sales tools.
