Introduction: Are you eager to join a dynamic team and play a key role in driving business growth? We are looking to add to our Telesales Team based in Birmingham.

• Identify and target prospective business customers in the assigned territory.
• Make outbound sales calls to UK-based businesses, offering appointments for field sales teams and closing sales over the phone.
• Achieve and exceed activity targets.
• Qualify business opportunities.
• Work as part of a high‑performing team to take Elis products and services to new customers.

• Ideally, some experience of Telesales or Telemarketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven with a passion for sales.
• Hungry to succeed and full of energy.
