Area Sales Manager

Strom are looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join the expanding sales team.

The individual will be responsible for developing sales at merchant and installer levels as well as overseeing and raising product awareness and product knowledge in an already established customer network while expanding our portfolio of electric heating and renewable products.

The ideal candidate will be situated in the Central Midlands, ideally in the B/LE postcode areas to provide you with easy access of your area.

You will work within a fast-growing market segment and need to be self‑motivated, with excellent communication skills. A plumbing and heating background, whether merchant or manufacturer, would be a distinct advantage, but most importantly, excellent face‑to‑face sales skills are essential.

Full product and systems training will be provided. Competitive salary (30 – 45 k DOE) in line with the market and an achievable, generous bonus scheme. Additionally, a fully funded hybrid car is offered.
