Role Overview

Join our temporary pop‑up as an enthusiastic, adaptable Sales Assistant in Birmingham Bullring. Represent two distinct brand identities across two phases and deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and create an engaging in‑store experience.

• Provide outstanding customer‑first service
• Represent both lifestyle and sports active wear brand phases
• Offer styling advice and product recommendations
• Educate customers on product features and performance (sportswear phase)
• Support sales targets and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stock, inventory, and POS operations
• Contribute to mid‑contract store transformation and concept changeover
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion, sport, or active lifestyles
• Adaptable, proactive, and confident communicator
• Reliable and available 9 March–7 April
• Mandatory training on 9 March

• High energy and teamwork
• Quick learner with strong presentation skills
