We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Stirchley, Birmingham. We offer a permanent part‑time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 16 hours per week across 4 days, including weekends.

• Hours:
  
  16 hours across 4 days per week.
• Pay: £10.10 per hour (ages 16‑20) or £12.31 per hour (ages 21+).

• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy; ready to jump from deliveries to till, customer service, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliable and dependable, crucial to a small team.
• Flexible with shifts; able to cover for teammates; rota planned three weeks in advance and commitments are considered.
