As a Store Manager in a dynamic team, you're stepping into more than just a leadership position – you're in a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of your team and the customers you serve. Responsibilities
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service: coach and guide store teams to ensure an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
  • Your leadership will be the cornerstone of the store’s success, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Create a safe environment for your team and ensure all policies and procedures are followed; work shoulder to shoulder, knowing that this drives team motivation.
  • Develop people through upward growth, internal opportunities, or enhancing their current role.
  • Guide a team passionate about our goals and communicate how they contribute to the store’s commercial objectives.
  • Take a strategic approach to sales, shrink, and service, ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Have at least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, including team leadership and performance management.
  • Be confident in managing store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.
  • Have experience driving store performance by leading a team to achieve key KPIs such as sales targets, waste reduction, and customer service scores, using sales data to improve results while managing budgets to maximise profitability.
  • Have the right to work in the UK and Ireland.
