Key Responsibilities:

Support, motivate, and develop the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service Help manage daily retail operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance Support the Store Manager with sales targets, profitability, and cost control Play a vital role in recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members Maintain high store presentation standards aligned with brand expectations Adapt to the fast-paced environment of a new store opening and peak trading periods
