Retail Site Manager Nationwide Marks & Spencer Fit-Out Projects
Location: Nationwide (UK-wide travel required)
Salary / Rate: Competitive + package (PAYE or freelance options)

We are recruiting experienced Retail Site Managers to deliver fast-track Marks & Spencer fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK for leading principal contractors.
This role is ideal for Site Managers with proven M&S store experience
, confident running live retail environments and managing projects from strip-out through to handover.
- Full on-site management of Marks & Spencer retail fit-out projects
- Managing subcontractors, direct labour, and site logistics
- Delivering projects to tight retail programmes and brand standards
- Health & Safety management (RAMS, toolbox talks, inductions)
