As assistant store manager, you’ll support the store manager to drive performance, driving commercial success while ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll lead from the front — motivating your team, achieving KPIs, and maintaining the highest operational and visual standards.

• Basic salary up to £34,000
• 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
