As an Account Manager for Maison Francis Kurkdjian, you are a brand ambassador and an expert in fragrance and storytelling. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase sales, encouraging all Luxury Brand Ambassadors to achieve their targets.

- Sales
- Achieve account sales targets set by the Area Manager.
- Pro-actively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and provide a luxury standard of service.
- Lead and coach your team to ensure they achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Be aware of your KPIs.
- Gain awareness of new launches, promotional activity, general business trends within the luxury fragrance department and potential business opportunities; provide timely feedback to the Area Manager.
- Service
- Lead a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors in-store to ensure high levels of service.
- Liaise with the Retail Trainer to ensure team participation in relevant training courses.
- Be knowledgeable on all Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and be able to propose fragrance recommendations.
- Initiate contact with clients and welcome them at the counter and through traffic stopping.
- Ensure the standard of service is consistent and reflects Maison Francis Kurkdjian’s brand.
- Management
- Develop the team, manage people matters and ensure use of on‑counter technology.
- Ensure counters are immaculate, well‑merchandised and reflect brand guidelines.
- Ensure the team adheres to grooming guidelines and acts professionally, positively and exemplarily.
- Manage stock replenishment, unboxing, stock taking, recording and summarising sales figures, stock damages and till procedures.
- Handle administration related to the account including sales analysis.
- Ensure all operational and administrative tasks are completed to the best of your ability.
- General
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by management.
- Talent Acquisition: identify and interview for vacancies, support store approval processes, and collaborate on probationary reviews, employee appraisals and performance feedback.
