A leading grocery retailer in Birmingham is seeking a motivated individual to manage store operations and maximise sales. You will be responsible for ensuring great customer service, minimising costs, and optimising efficiency. In the absence of senior management, you will take charge, gaining valuable management experience. This role includes training employees and checking product displays while meeting sales targets. An additional premium of £4.00 per hour is provided while running the store.
