The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring smooth store operations. The role is part of the store leadership team, driving performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Schedule varies weekly; expect to work at least 16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.

• High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction.
• Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness.
• Adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance, poise, ambition.
• Multi‑tasking, applied learning, strong work ethic.
• Omni‑channel services experience.
