Here at Pertemps Network Catering, we are looking to recruit experienced Kitchen/ Catering Assistants  to work with our client in Billesley B13 in a long term temporary vacancy.

The role will be working as part of a busy catering team in a school kitchen. Candidates will be responsible for food preparation, cleaning surfaces, counter service, washing up, setting up and cleaning away dining area.

Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities:

Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized, following all health and safety regulations.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
Help with serving food and refilling supplies as needed.
Ensure that food storage areas are clean and well-organized.
Support the kitchen team with any other duties as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Kitchen Assistant Requirements:

Previous catering xperience
Ability to work Mon - Fri 12 noon to 2.30pm
Enhanced DBS – We can process
Food and Hygiene, Food Allergen & Safeguarding Certificate - we can help with training
