Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager, based in Birmingham. The Bar Manager will oversee daily bar operations, including managing staff, inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities also include training team members, delivering top-notch customer service, maintaining high standards of quality for beverages, and working to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the Bar Manager will contribute to fostering a welcoming ambiance, creating an exceptional guest experience.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to deliver an outstanding guest experience and maintain professionalism.
• Experience and knowledge in the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on bar management and beverage preparation.
• Leadership and Training skills to manage and develop a high-performing team.

• Proficiency in maintaining inventory and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Prior experience in bar or restaurant management is an asset.
