Overview

Lead the Rock 'n' Roll Revolution – Become a Supervisor at Ed's Easy Diner Perfectly positioned in the Food Hall of this prestigious department store, an anchor of the Bull Ring shopping mall.
10-15 hours a week, full-time hours during kids' holidays and Christmas.

Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Supervisor to lead our team and keep the good vibes rolling!

• Lead by example and drive the diner's success, ensuring guests enjoy a moment of nostalgia with great service.
• Manage shifts, mentor team members, and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service.
• Support the management team in delivering the restaurant's objectives.
• Be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant to company standards.
• Complete end-of-night cash management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legislation regarding Security, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Licensing laws.
• Work back of house where necessary.
• Adhere to all audit requirements, including Health and Safety, Food Audits, Stock take, EHO, and Financial Audits.
• Explain and demonstrate allergen procedures.

• A passion for hospitality and a love for the diner experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• A customer-first attitude, always striving to exceed expectations.
• Strong organisational skills with a knack for problem-solving on the fly.
• A positive outlook, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
