Barista

LSH Auto is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious coffee and other beverages while ensuring a fantastic customer experience. As a Barista at LSH Auto, you'll be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills in coffee preparation and customer service will shine.

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
• Make drinks and food as required.
• Keep the café area clean and organised.
• Engage with customers to offer a warm and inviting experience.
• Ensure food safety standards are adhered to and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
• End of shift banking and related administrative tasks as required.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week including weekends

Salary:
Up to £27,010 dependant on age
