We are looking for an experienced manager who can lead a dynamic team, create a memorable guest experience, and meet hotel standards and financial targets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage bar and restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest and member experience.
  • Recruit, train, develop and motivate the restaurant and bar team.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and handle guest queries promptly.
  • Work within food and payroll budgets and drive sales to maximize revenue.
  • Develop menus in collaboration with the Food & Beverage team.
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes and inventory.
  • Set departmental targets, schedules, budgets and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health & safety legislation.
  • Promote environmental awareness and collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Management experience in Food & Beverage, preferably bar or nightclub.
  • Ability to meet financial targets and work within budgets.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and staff development skills.
  • Excellent grooming standards and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to respond to varying work situations.
  • Willingness to develop team members and oneself.
